Birthday Boy

This is slightly overdue but better late than never!

 

Our sweet little K had a birthday. The nice thing for him was watching D have a birthday 10 days before his so he was ready to go when it came time for his. He knew exactly what to expect and he was excited!!

 

The Birthday Breakfast

Pancakes and Strawberries

 

He opened something to wear for the day which was his beloved "Eagles Shirt"

He rotates between this shirt and his BYU shirt almost everyday now,

it was a hit!

                                                          Then we opened a few presents
                                                                  like I said, he acted like a pro
                                                           and wasted no time getting to business.

 

You have to get all sides of the paper off

and even stand on top if neccesary

We headed up to the zoo

 

Rode the Carousel

Dad and K on the train

 

We went over to City Creek for a little bit

 and got some treats at Blue Lemon

I love how proper he looks while he is eating his cake bite.

When we got home we opened more presents

and just like earlier he got right to business

 

Opening presents is the best part of birthdays!

 

He still wears his glasses like this

and its nice having a big sister to help you out

and be excited for you.

 

And the big present was a

Big Boy Bike!!

 

We wasted no time getting it outside

 and going for a ride

We had some family over and ended the day

 with cake and ice cream

 

And I think thats the cutest little candle blow ever!

Happy Birthday Sweet K!! You brighten our lives in so many ways and make every day so much fun! Two years have flown by, and you continually remind me that you are not a baby but a "big boy" but you will always be my baby! We love you soooo much!!
